Beaucare feels like a family. I love coming to work every day. I am surrounded by a supportive and passionate team. I really enjoy working with our clients and my community. My favourite part about my role is meeting with our community and helping people make small or positive changes in their lives.

Working for Beaucare was a great decision. I really enjoy supporting the clients on their path to independence through the various ways that Beaucare provides which includes community access, life skills and personal care.

I love working at Beaucare because they are a friendly, helpful group of hard working, community minded people. I love helping our elders in our community to live their best lives possible, in their own home. Helping the elderly is very rewarding and brings much happiness for many people.

I absolutely love working for Beaucare, going to work each day is a joy. It is privilege to be part of such an amazing team who have offered me continued support since starting my role a year and a half ago. In what can sometimes be a challenging role, I always manage to laugh and smile each day.

I love the variety of shifts, activities and people we get the chance to work with from week to week. Beaucare are also always looking to give staff training and skills development to further career options and opportunities.

As a student on placement with Beaucare, I have seen first-hand how the collaborative and fundamental teamwork with this community centre has helped support and assist the community members of Beaudesert.
