Aged Care Support Worker

We have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Support Worker to join our amazing Aged Care Team working in the Beaudesert, Kooralbyn and Rathdowney area.

As a Support Worker, you will:

Be an integral part of a team working to support the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs of clients. You will be helping them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals through a range of services including:

• Domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care services
• Assisting clients with daily living activities
• Providing flexible respite – both in home and community
• Group Social Support
• Transporting clients to and from appointments

 We are looking for someone who: 

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent) and a minimum one year of aged care experience
• Blue Card and NDIS Check or ability to obtain
• First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
• Driver’s Licence
• Reliable transport including comprehensive car insurance and roadworthy
• Great presentation and who is reliable and resilient
