Aged Care Support Worker – Men’s Group Program

We have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Support Worker to join our amazing Aged Care Team to assist with the running of Beaucare’s Men’s Group which occur each week in Beaudesert, Kooralbyn and Jimboomba.

Duties will include:

  • Assist with facilitating Beaucare’s Men’s Group Program including in centre and monthly group outings
  • Provide personal care, individual support and transport to clients

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has Certificate III in Aged Care or similar and minimum one year of aged care experience (Experience working in groups is highly regarded)
  • Has current Blue Card and NDIS Check
  • Has current First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Driver’s Licence
  • Has reliable transport including comprehensive car insurance and roadworthy
  • Is well presented, reliable and resilient
