How to Become an Educator

Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold or be working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
- Have a current National criminal history check (within the last 6 months)
- Hold a current first aid qualification (HLTAID012)
- Hold current CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Have a positive suitability notice (Blue Card)
- Have an ABN and a Proda RA number
Responsibilities:
- Actively supervise children and develop individual educational programs based on each child's needs
- Ensure the needs of each child are met, including those with disabilities or special requirements
- Support families without undertaking home duties, unless specified
